Overview
Boxy helps RAJA customers find the optimal packaging solution from a single natural-language request. It acts as a smart layer between customer support and RAJA’s internal search engine.
How it works
- A multi-agent system identifies the request type and gathers missing details (weight, dimensions, fragility, usage context).
- A supervisor agent routes the request to specialized sub-agents, each focused on a packaging product range.
- RAG + function calling retrieve the right product data and recommendations from RAJA’s internal catalog.
Outcome
RAJA launched its first packaging assistant, improving search relevance and customer experience while reducing support load.
