Overview
I led a large-scale GenAI adoption program at RAJA, from acculturation to operational deployment. The goal was to embed AI into daily work across departments and deliver measurable gains.
Key initiatives
- 15+ acculturation sessions across most departments.
- 50 interviews to capture needs, constraints, and opportunities.
- 44 initiatives identified, with 10+ launched.
- 80 people trained on ChatGPT, including the creation of multiple assistants.
- Creative team enablement on Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen.
- Copilot deployment to 300 users, with 30+ training sessions (theory + hands-on).
Outcome
RAJA became an early AI adopter (launch end of 2023). Today, teams use AI daily with strong productivity gains.
