GenAI adoption program for PM/PO teams, from use-case prioritization to workflow integration in Jira.
Overview
I supported PMU’s product teams in adopting AI across discovery and delivery. The focus was on practical, day-to-day use cases that improve speed, clarity, and execution quality.
What we delivered
- Acculturation of product teams on GenAI potential.
- Use-case identification and prioritization (e.g., user stories, feature slicing, release notes, verbatim synthesis, documentation).
- Agent creation per use case, co-built with internal champions to ensure long-term ownership.
- Deployment of an internal AI tool tailored to PM workflows.
- Jira integrations to enhance tickets and streamline delivery.
Impact
Improved consistency and efficiency across product teams by embedding AI directly into their daily tools and rituals.
